The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to fuses with contact plates, and can be used in electrical devices of automotive vehicles to prevent them from electrical damage. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability and simplify the design of the fuse. At 1, a fusible safety guard is shown, with a perspective axonometric view; on r. 2 - the same, with a partial section; in f. 3 - view A in FIG. 1. The fuse t contains a flat casing 2 made of plastic used for the manufacture of 1: the counter of electrical counting devices. The housing holds two identical parallel plates 3 and 4, the protruding parts of which perform the functions of electrical contacts (i.e. contact plates) and are intended to be installed in the sockets of a conventional fuse holder. Plates 3 and 4 are connected in the housing 2 by a fusible conductor 5, an immaculate rod shape with a cross-section chosen as a function of the required rated current, and perpendicularly oriented plates 3 and 4. The housing 2 is made of two ice halves 6 surrounding the plates 3 and 4. In both housing halves 6 there are seats 7, intended for placing plates 3 and 4 of the floating conductor 5, the halves of the case are connected to each other by means of an elastic connection at the moment of application overlap using push clips 8 corresponding to each other. In both halves of the body 6, projections 10 are made protruding into the seating places 7. and intended to engage with holes 11 that are in the plates 3 and 4 to hold the plates in place and counteract their movement in both directions x on the fl arrow inside the landing} with 7 seats lying against each other. On the body 2, perpendicular to the direction of the plates 3 and 4, steps are arranged 12, extending in the direction of arrow A to facilitate handling of the fuse and especially when removing it from the holder. On the case there are figures 13 ,. visible when looking at the body 2 in the direction of the arrow L, which characterize the rated current of the fuse. The proposed design of the fuse 1 allows the flow of a rated current of 25 A. In addition, the fuse contains a through channel 14, running through the housing 2, oriented parallel to the plates 3 and 4 and formed between them. The channel 14 is formed at the moment of superposition of each other of the halves of the housing 6, in which identical through channels 15 are provided. Through the through channel 14, the main part of the fusible conductor 5 goes and is located in the middle of it. When the fuse is operating, and especially when a sufficiently large electric current is passed through it, for example, close to the maximum current, a stream of air is formed in the channel 14, which removes most of the heat that is continuously generated in the conductor. Due to this, the temperature of the fuse case is significantly reduced during operation. The air flow is particularly active when the fuse is placed in such a way that the plates are arranged vertically. In this case, the channel 14 acts as an exhaust pipe. Thus, the heat generated by the fusible conductor does not affect the case of the proposed fuse, and therefore it can be made of simple inexpensive plastic.
